Can you promote your product in r/TechSEO?
You should not promote your product in r/TechSEO unless your post is clearly not advertising. Rule 4, "Don't be a shill," says, "We will remove any posts that seem like advertising or for promotion only" and adds that this is "not a marketing channel for your company." Your post also needs to be clear, comprehensive, and technical SEO related under Rule 2.
The rules that cover promotion

Rule 2: Make your post clear, comprehensive, and technical SEO related.
"Posts that lack insight or effort will be removed. (ex: questions which are easily googled). Posts that are off topic will also be removed."
