Can you promote your product in r/sales?

No, you cannot promote your product in r/sales. The rules explicitly ban it: Rule 2 says, "No Selling or Self Promotion," and the sidebar says, "No Self-Promotions" and "No Selling of Any Kind," with immediate and permanent bans stated for violations. The submit page also says, "Linking blogspam and blatant self-promotion is not allowed in any capacity, and may result in a ban."
