Can you promote your product in r/OpenAI?

You can promote your product only under tight conditions. Rule 3, "Limit Self-Promotion," says "The 1/10th rule is a good guideline" and that "Self-promotional direct link posts to projects are not allowed." If you promote your own project, it must be in a text post with context, and Rule 4, "No Selling," also says "no selling your own products."
