Can you promote your product in r/freelance?

No. Rule 2 is "No advertising or self-promotion" and lists examples such as "your app or SaaS," "your website or portfolio," "your profile on a freelance site," and "any other external resource that you benefit from or are affiliated with." The sidebar and submit page also warn that violating the rules will cause your post or comment to be removed and you will be banned permanently.
