Can you promote your product in r/AI_Agents?

Yes, but only under clear limits. Rule 4, "Limit self promotion," says "Self promotion is fine," but adds that if your posts are all self promotion "you will be banned," and gives "a good ratio" of one out of ten posts/comments. Rule 3 also says to put links in comments, not posts, and to put project links in the weekly project display thread.
