Can you promote your product in r/advertising?

No, you cannot promote your product in r/advertising. The community repeatedly states, "THIS IS NOT A PLACE TO ADVERTISE. YOU WILL BE BANNED," and Rule 2 says, "No advertisements or spam, Posts will be removed, posters banned." Rule 3 also says shilling or selling a product or service will be removed, and the submit page says posts and comments containing a URL are automatically removed.
